Environment and Water resource management: Encourage farmers, CSO and CPA to conserve biodiversity, natural water system and awareness raising on climate change adaptation. Additionally, to enhance CSOs, CPA (community protected areas) capacity to ensure supply of clean water for drinking, sanitation and agricultural use.
